The purpose of LET HISTORY SPEAK is to share a unique perspective of human history. We believe that our viewpoint is unparalleled in all such records produced by historians, scholars, researchers and ‘detectives’ who seek to unravel the puzzle of humanity’s story. In the chronicles of human history, the growth of nations, the rise and fall of empires, appear to be dependent on the will of man together with his ability. To a great degree, the shaping of events seems to be determined by his power, ambition, or impulse. But in the Holy Scriptures, the curtain is drawn aside, and we can recognize that behind, above, and through all the play and counter play of human power and passion, the agencies of a compassionate Creator are silently, patiently working out the counsels of His own will. He is active in the affairs of all the nations. Every nation that has come upon the stage of action has been permitted to occupy its place on the earth, to see whether it would fulfill the purpose of the ever-attentive Heavenly Father. Amidst the strife and commotion of nations, the Almighty still guides the affairs of the earth. Upon close examination, all may detect His fingerprints on the pages of history; even on the pages of your own history. To every nation and to every individual of today God has assigned a place in His great plan. That plan is His story. To grant the gift of life everlasting; to bring healing and restoration to the fallen race as He has promised in His Word, that is His story. Let His story speak to you.
